SPICY GERMAN CURRY SAUCE – THE STORY

A historic vegetables & earthy spices recipe. Known as currywurst sauce, created in Berlin in 1949 by Herta Heuwer. Great on burgers, wings, pulled pork, ribs and, of course, bratwurst!

Made in honor of the Royal Engineers Bomb Disposal

Ingredients: Tomato, Brown Sugar, Celery (9%), Worcestershire Sauce (malt vinegar, spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind, onion, garlic, spice, flavourings) (Barley, Fish), Onion Powder, Spices (2%) (Mustard), Salt, Smoked Water. Allergens in bold.
